Nomination forms for the Class of 2009 must be submitted no later than
December 31, 2008 at 5:00 pm

Inductees for the Class of 2009 will be announced February 14, 2009

The induction ceremony for the Class of 2009
will take place at 7:00 p.m.
the first Thursday of October 2009
